3. Client Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to project milestones
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Provide necessary content and materials

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project. Generally, a 20% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 80% due upon project completion. For ongoing services, invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed websites and applications. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

ABSURD Digital Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
